Good to know
- How do I cancel?
- From your account, under Billing. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your family keeps Chanak until the end of the month you've paid for. Cancelling refunds nothing; the 90-day refund is its own button.
- How does the refund work?
- In your first 90 days, one button under Billing gives back every payment you've made and ends your plan. No call, and no questions to answer. Your family's Chanak becomes read-only, and nothing is deleted.
- What if my card stops working?
- We try again over two weeks and email you each time. If it still doesn't go through, the account is paused and then becomes read-only. Nothing your family has built is ever deleted, and it all opens back up when the card is fixed.
- Do I pay per child?
- No. One price covers every parent and every child in your family, and grandparents and other supporters too.
